About

The MVP at House Church 2.0:

The Mission at House Church 2.0 is to uphold the commandments made by Jesus to go into all the world, to make disciples, to baptize them, and to teach them how to adhere to His commandments. Jesus speaks of the believer’s authority to cast out devils, to speak in new tongues, to handle serpents, and to lay hands on the sick, in which they will recover. House Church 2.0 is determined to see believers step out in faith and to walk in this authority in order to see lives changed and to see His kingdom advanced. It starts in our very own homes and communities, which then translates to our country and to the world. Throughout the New Testament, we see this authority fulfilled through the hands of those who believed: Matthew 10:1, 7 & 8, Matthew 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-20, Luke 9:11, Luke 10:1, 9, & 17, Luke 10:19.

The Vision at House Church 2.0 is to see our community come together as ONE, from house to house, in unity, in order to advance His kingdom. As Paul said, our message will not be will persuasive words of wisdom, but with the demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that our faith would not rest upon the wisdom of men, but on the power of God. We agree and believe that God will add to the church, day by day, those who are saved, healed, delivered, made whole, and made well. Habakkuk 2:2-3, Acts 2:44-47, 1 Corinthians 1:4-5.

The Purpose at House Church 2.0 is to see His kingdom come, His will be done, here and now, for His glory! We uphold four pillars in and through our church, which are Truth, Freedom, Healing, and Deliverance, in order to reach the unreached and to connect the disconnected. We aim to minister to those who have been over churched and under Jesus’d, in order to highlight God’s love for His children and to fulfill our mission in advancing His kingdom. For scriptures that exemplify Truth, please visit John 1:1, John 14:6, John 17:7, and Psalm 138:2. For scriptures that exemplify Freedom, please visit Luke 4:18-19 and John 8:36 (hint- the Amplified Bible, Classic Edition provides the most context.) For scriptures that exemplify Healing and Deliverance, please visit 1 Peter 2:24, Acts 10:38, Isaiah 53:4-5, Psalm 107:19-20, Matthew 4:23, Matthew 8:2-3, Matthew 8:16-17, Matthew 9:35, and Matthew 15:30.
